Please note that there are two spaces outside Rainbow Class which have been designated for disabled users and we must prioritise these for use by any disabled pupils in the first instance. It is important that these spaces are not used or blocked as they are now used daily. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

The Met office has now been updated to an Amber weather warning. As a result, all after school Clubs have been cancelled, this includes Competitive Sports Club and After School Club with Playworks. We are aiming to close school as usual at 3.30 however parents are welcome to collect their children from 1pm if they feel this is necessary. There is no need to contact the school to inform us of your decision. We will monitor the situation overnight and will update the school blog by 7.30am for tomorrow. Please take care when accessing the school site and travelling. Health and Safety for our pupils and parents remains our main priority. Thank You.
The school has received notification that we will be inspected during the week of the 18th February. Your child has brought home a letter containing details of how parents can share their views with the inspection team. We would like to encourage all parents/carers to complete the online questionnaire in preparation for their visit. Thank you for your continued support.
Many thanks for supporting our Book Day celebrations. We were blown away by the effort the children made and loved the range of original costumes on display.
A reminder that the only mid-morning snacks that we like to see are fresh fruit or vegetables. Grapes should be cut lengthways for safety reasons. Children are encouraged not to bring crisps, nuts, sweets or chocolate bars for breaktime.
We also encourage our pupils who bring a packed lunch to think about including a healthy, balanced diet within their lunch box. We will be discussing this with the pupils in class as we have recently seen an increase in sugary items at lunchtime which we are aiming to discourage as part of our commitment to being a healthy school.Thank you for supporting us with this aim.
